Our Story
H&M Surveying was founded with a clear mission: to deliver dependable, high-quality land surveying services with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism. What began as a partnership between two veterans—Jay Hipp and Dustin Mills—has grown into a trusted name across the Southeast. Both Jay and Dustin launched their careers in the South Carolina National Guard, where they developed the discipline, precision, and problem-solving skills that now define our approach to surveying.
